Forty seven enterprises from Jiangsu participated in the 19th China Shenzhen International Cultural Industry Expo and Trade Fair that opened on Wednesday with a view to showcasing China’s high-quality cultural heritage and development achievements.

Li Shulei, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, and Huang Kunming, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, visited the Jiangsu exhibition venue, accompanied by Zhang Aijun, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and director of the Publicity Department.

It is the 19th year for Jiangsu to participate in the Shenzhen Cultural Expo. This year"s Jiangsu exhibition venue is themed as the "Leading Zone for Building a Socialist Cultural Power" by showcasing a number of outstanding cultural achievements in Jiangsu"s cultural construction, including the research and dissemination of Jiangsu"s cultural heritage, the inheritance and innovation of excellent traditional Chinese culture, and the digital practice of Jiangsu"s national culture.

As a milestone achievement in the research and dissemination project of Jiangsu"s cultural heritage, the 1002-volume "Jiangsu Library" made their debut at the Jiangsu exhibition venue.

The "National Cultural Park Biography Series" and some other chronicles have actively promoted the construction and cultural research of the Grand Canal and Yangtze River National Cultural Parks, contributing Jiangsu"s strength to the construction of modern Chinese civilization.

Historical and cultural research databases, including Jiangsu Library database and Digital China and Grand Canal cultural digital resource database, highlighted Jiangsu"s promotion of digitalized cultural transformation.

The Jiangsu exhibition venue also showcased diverse cultural creations, brands, and services within the province by highlighting the province’s cultivation and exploration of the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture.
