The outstanding postdoctoral training has achieved significant results, with a total of 2160 newly admitted postdoctoral fellows. The implementation of the professional title evaluation system for digital economy engineering has been effective with 1329 senior digital economy engineers evaluated. Jiangsu is gradually showing a gathering effect of domestic and foreign talents by organizing a total of 66 domestic and foreign talent recruitment and talent introduction activities, and recording 6646 new innovative and entrepreneurial personnel who have returned from abroad. In the meantime, Jiangsu continues to strengthen the construction of a team of highly skilled talents by carrying out various subsidized training programs for 469.9 thousand people in the first half of the year, and 540.2 thousand people obtained skill level certificates. In the next step, Jiangsu will establish the top ten brands, build and utilize the top 100 carriers, cultivate and select over a thousand leading talents, and cultivate over ten thousand high-tech skilled talents. The province will hold or launch in the near future Jiangsu Youth Skills Week, Innovation and the Yangtze River Delta Entrepreneurship Development Conference for Returned Students, and Jiangsu Craftsman Classroom.
