26日下午,“祖国在我心中”中德少儿舞蹈汇演在南京建邺区文化馆举行。在德学习中国舞蹈的华裔少年儿童与中国的小演员携手,献上一台精彩纷呈的表演。

"My Motherland is in My Heart", a Sino-German children"s dance performance, was held at the Jianye District Cultural Center Wednesday afternoon. Children of Chinese descent in Germany learning Chinese dance joined hands with young Chinese actors to give a wonderful show.

唐诗联舞,《霍元甲》,傣族舞,蒙古舞……12组饱含中国传统文化和民族元素的舞蹈作品赢得了观众的热烈掌声和阵阵喝彩。

Twelve dances full of Chinese traditional culture and ethnic elements, including Tang poetry dance, Huo Yuanjia, Dai dance, and Mongolian dance, won warm applause and cheers from the audience.

“祖国在我心中”中德少儿舞蹈汇演由德国华人华侨联合会、德国法兰克福恒德舞蹈学校、南京建邺飞翔舞蹈艺术中心、南京小燕子艺术团联合举办。

The Sino-German Children"s Dance Performance "My Motherland is in My Heart" was jointly organized by the German Federation of Chinese and Overseas Chinese, Frankfurt Hengde Dance School, Nanjing Jianye Feixiang Dance Art Center, and Nanjing Little Swallow Art Troupe.

作为中德少年儿童寻根之旅系列交流活动的一部分,本次汇演旨在通过中国舞蹈艺术交流,为德国华裔少年儿童开辟一扇更好认知中华文化的窗口,增进对祖籍国的理解与感情,以舞传情,以侨为桥,成为中德友好交流的使者、中华文化继承人和传播者。

As part of the Sino-German Children"s Root Hunting Exchange Activity, this performance aims to open a window for Chinese German children to better understand the Chinese culture, and enhance their understanding and feelings towards their ancestral country so as to become envoys, inheritors, and communicators of the Chinese culture through the exchange of Chinese dance art.

演出结束后,两国的小朋友们互赠了具有本国特色的礼物,交流互动,缔结友谊。

At the end of the performance, children from both countries gave each other gifts, and exchanged ideas with a view to establishing friendship.

刚刚结束表演的Alina Mengyao Blim告诉记者,“终于又回到中国了,跳舞的时候我见到一个新的女孩,我们变成朋友了。”

"Finally I came back to China. I met a girl while dancing and we became friends," said Alina Mengyao Blim.

Isabelle则兴奋地表示,“三年以来才回到中国一次,太开心了,我想要马上回旅馆看电视,看到我自己!”

"I couldn"t be happier to be back in China for the first time in 3 years! I want to go back to the hotel right now and watch TV and see myself!" said Isabelle.

法兰克福恒德舞蹈学校校长柯蕴表示,“我们的学生都是在海外出生的华裔,还有一些是有华裔背景的混血儿,经常在各大中德交流平台演出,也会在海外的中国节大放光彩。在这样的契机下,我们的家长就提议我们是不是可以带着孩子回到祖国,跟中国的孩子深入交流。我认为这个文化输出和交流是有必要的。”

"Our students are all overseas born Chinese or mixed race with a Chinese background. They often perform at Sino-German exchange activities and overseas Chinese festivals. Under such an opportunity, their parents suggested that we could take our children back to the motherland and have in-depth exchanges with Chinese children. I think the cultural export and communication is necessary," said Ke Yun, the principal of Frankfurt Hengde Dance School, Germany.
